本にはホロヴィッツが世界でリリースしたPiano-Roll,78回転盤、45回転盤、LP、CDのすべてがジャケット写真とともに掲載され、VHSテープ、LD,DVD等でリリースされた映像のジャケット写真のすべても掲載されている。
ジャケト写真は1,300枚に及び、コレクター必見の書籍である。
